Education and Information on covid-19 among families of disabled children and youth. During this time of the pandemic , North Eastern Diocese’s Project for Strengthening Livelihood for Children and Youth with disabilities in the Usambara Mountains participated in various activities in several wards and villages in Lushoto District, Bumbuli Council and Mkinga District.The project team raised awareness among the communities and schools in the project areas by educating people on hand washing and hygiene, and wearing of masks. They also managed to distribute liquid soap, hand sanitizers, masks and food to 454 families of children and youth with disabilities in the villages.
